5150 Warsaw Relay is one of the events accompanying IRONMAN 70.3 Warsaw. A perfect opportunity to start your triathlon adventure. Start together with your friends and each of you will be tasked with completing one stage of the race and have fun.

How to register for the relay?

STAGE I (Captain): The relay captain registers the relay, creates a team name and chooses which discipline the captain will start in. After the registration the captain receives a team token, with which the other team members must register.

STAGE II (Team member): Members receive a team token from the team captain, which is necessary for registration. The token must be entered at the beginning of the registration form and the members chooses the discipline in which they will start.  The team member does not pay entry fee.
