Regulations concerning the usage of the Platform SlotMarket.pl
1. Definitions
1. Regulations - these regulations.
2. Event Regulations - event regulations specifying the detailed conditions of organization and participation in a specific event, distributed via SlotMarket.pl.
3. Product Regulations - regulations for the sale of goods or additional services specifying the detailed conditions of their delivery, distributed via SlotMarket.pl.
4. SlotMarket.pl/Portal - websites and other applications made available through the Internet for mediating in registering for Events and ordering Products, the owner of which is Sport Evolution Group sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, postal code 01-964, at ul. Jana Kochanowskiego 12/23 (correspondence address Janki, ul. Falencka 1B, 05-090 Raszyn) entered into the register of businesses under the KRS number 0000360863, the registration of which is maintained by the District Court for the city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, tax number (NIP) 1231431002, statistical identification number (REGON) 382960037.
5. Administrator - Sport Evolution Group sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, postal code 01-964, at ul. Jana Kochanowskiego 12/23 (correspondence address Janki, ul. Falencka 1B, 05-090 Raszyn) entered into the register of businesses under the KRS number 0000360863, the registration of which is maintained by the District Court for the city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, tax number (NIP)1231431002, statistical identification number (REGON) 382960037.
6. User - a natural person who has successfully created an account at SlotMarket.pl.
7. Participant - a natural person having an account at SlotMarket.pl who has successfully registered for an Event or ordered a Product via the Portal.
8. Organizer - a third party who is the actual organizer of an Event or the supplier of Additional Products.
9. Event - sporting, cultural or entertainment event the participation in which is distributed by the Organizer through the Portal.
10. Additional products - all goods and services offered via SlotMarket.pl which are not an integral element of participation in a given Event.
11. Account - a set of data and information about the User stored by the Portal for the purposes of implementing the functions of the Portal, provided independently and voluntarily by the User, constituting a part of a database and its management system.
12. Fee - the starting fee or the price of an Additional Product specified by the Organizer, which shall be paid by the User when registering for an Event or ordering an Additional Product.
2. Types and scope of services
1. The SlotMarket.pl platform provides Users with data and information about Events and Additional Products that were made available for purchase on the Portal by the Organizers.
2. Through the Portal, Users can register for Events and purchase Additional Products.
3. Through the Portal, the User concludes a contract with the Organizer via the Administrator, who acts on his own behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer.
3. Creating and using a user account
1. Creating a User Account is free and voluntary.
2. Before creating an Account on the Portal, the User is obliged to read the Regulations.
3. By creating an Account on the Portal, Users agree to its provisions and to the processing of personal data by the Administrator and the Organizer for the purposes of implementing the contracts concluded by the User via the Portal.
4. The User is obliged to provide his data in accordance with the facts.
5. After completing the account registration process, the User receives access to his Account including the login and password, where he can manage his data. The User is obliged to update the data contained in the Account. Any inconsistencies arising from failure to comply with this obligation shall be borne by the User.
6. The Administrator reserves the right to delete a User Account in the event of violation of the Account's usage rules. At any time, the User may delete the User Account in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Privacy Policy.
4. Registration for an Event and ordering Additional Products
1. Only persons who have an active User Account can register for an Event and order Additional Products via SlotMarket.pl. In order to register for an Event or order Additional Products, you must first register an Account or log in to the portal.
2. By registering for an Event, the User declares his knowledge and acceptance of the Event Regulations, which are available to him in an electronic version prior to registration.
3. By ordering an Additional Product, the User declares that he knows and accepts the Product Regulations, which are made available to him before placing the order.
4. During the registration process for an Event or while ordering an Additional Product, the User is obliged to provide all his data that is required by the Organizer.
5. In order to successfully register for an Event or to order an Additional Product, it is necessary to complete the registration by using the registration form and paying the Fee.
6. The Fee amounts include VAT and all other taxes.
5. Electronic payment
1. An effective registration for the participation in an Event or ordering an Additional Product by the User requires the payment of a Fee, which is realized by redirecting the User to an electronic payment form with a given appropriate amount to be paid.
2. The operator handling electronic payments is Blue Media Spółka Akcyjna (81-718 Sopot, ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, KRS 0000320590).
3. Available payment methods:
1. Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCardElectronic, Maestro.
2. Online payments.
3. BLIK mobile payments.
4. The payment method above is the only payment method provided on the Portal.
5. In the case of card payments, the time of delivery of goods or service is counted from the moment the transaction is approved.
6. Complaints
1. All complaints related to irregularities regarding the operation of the Portal and the process of registering for an Event or ordering a Product should be sent by e-mail to the following e-mail addresses:

2. Ordering Products: services@ slotmarket.pl
7. All complaints related to irregularities regarding the course of an Event or delivery of Additional Products should be sent directly to the Organizer in accordance with the complaint procedure included in the Event Regulations or Product Regulations.
8. SlotMarket.pl is responsible solely for the correct operation of the Portal and reserves the right to reject a complaint if it concerns the consequences of User's actions resulting from a breach or failure to comply with the Regulations.
7. Resignation from participation in Event or placed order for Additional Products
1. All issues related to the participant's resignation from the participation in an Event for which he has registered will be resolved in accordance with the Event Regulations (if provided for).
2. In the event of cancellation of the event or change of its date, reimbursement of the costs of the entry fee will be made by the Organizer on the terms set out in the Event Regulations (if provided for).
3. All issues related to the resignation / withdrawal from a concluded contract for Additional Products will be included in the Regulations of the given Product and will be realized by the Organizer.
4. The Administrator indicates that pursuant to art. 38 section 12) of the Act on Consumer Rights, the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance in case of a contract for the provision of services related to entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract indicates the day or period of service provision.
8. Liability
1. Slotmarket.pl shall not be liable for the consequences of actions resulting from taking possession of the User's password by third parties. Under no circumstances may the User share his access to the Platform with another User or a third party.
2. Slotmarket.pl is not responsible for the way the User uses the account.
3. Slotmarket.pl is not responsible for irregularities related to the organization of the Event. Solely the Organizer of the Event is responsible for the organization of the Event.
4. The Platform is not responsible for errors or defects related to Additional Products offered via Slotmarket.pl. It is the supplier of Additional Products who is responsible for their appropriate delivery.
9. Personal data protection
1. Providing personal data by the user is voluntary, however, it is a necessary condition for the proper delivery of the services available on the platform.
2. The user's personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable provisions and the Privacy Policy of SlotMarket.pl.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
1. All intellectual property rights regarding content posted on the platform and software available or used on the Portal belong to the Administrator and / or his contractors.
11. Final provisions
1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these regulations.
2. The Administrator shall inform the User about changes in the Regulations by using the data from the User Account or by posting relevant information on the Portal's website.
3. In matters not covered by the provisions of these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
4. All communication between the user and the portal is to be conducted electronically.
