Volunteering at the Tropem Wilczym Run is a unique opportunity to take part in a nationwide and international event commemorating the Cursed Soldiers. The run takes place simultaneously in hundreds of locations around the world and attracts participants of all ages – children, youth, adults, and seniors. The event includes many attractions such as concerts, family contests, meetings with history witnesses and reenactment groups, as well as charitable initiatives like blood donations.
Volunteers play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the event. Their tasks include:
Race Office – assisting with the distribution and packing of starter kits;
Deposit – receiving and returning participants’ belongings;
Start and Finish Line Assistance – helping with race preparation, handing out medals and awards;
Route Assistance – ensuring participants’ safety and proper race flow.
We invite volunteers from the age of 13. We are looking for people to help on the main event day, March 1 (Sunday), and/or the day before, February 28 (Saturday), with packing starter kits and other logistical tasks.
Volunteering is not only a chance to participate in a large, nationwide sports event but also an opportunity to meet new people, integrate with the local community, and actively spend time. Every volunteer contributes to the smooth organization of the run and creates a unique atmosphere of memory and community.
By joining the volunteer team, you become part of a nationwide initiative combining sport, history, and social activities, while providing real support to organizers and participants. It’s also an excellent way to feel solidarity and actively support local patriotic and sports events.
